Rene wholeheartedly believes that the basic art of progressive resistance training coupled with correct biomechanics (form is function) forms the basis of his consistent success from the youngest to the most mature age client.
What
do I like most about what I am offering: Helping people resolve old injuries while helping them obtain aggressive strength and fitness. What is better than having joint pain go away, possess greater levels of physical strength and power, and having the mirror become your friend? Although I have worked with some pro and semi-pro athletes, I also love working with driven young athletes of high-school age due to their motivation and willingness to learn.
Hobbies: Researching topics in human performance, sport specific training and their relationship to balanced nutrition and hormone levels. Of course I still work out, specifically with kettlebells and martial arts- muay thai kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu.
